The Matt Ulrich Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization.

Proceeds from the Matt Ulrich Foundation will be used for the purposes of advancing the mission of the Matt Ulrich Foundation: Providing support in fitness, education, and mental health for the betterment of community.

Currently, the Foundation hosts the Matt Ulrich Pump and Run Run/Walk as our annual fundraiser. Run/walk participants are challenged to a 3.3 mile run/walk or competitors may elect to compete in the Pump & Run competition where they are invited to demonstrate their physical strength by bench pressing a portion of their weight. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each of several competition categories.

We also work to enhance student education and academic achievement through scholarship and experiential opportunities. The Matt Ulrich Foundation has joined with S.H.Y.A.A. (Seek Help, You Aren’t Alone) to provide annual scholarships to two deserving students, one each from Delphos St. John’s and Delphos Jefferson in recognition for their academic achievement and extracurricular activities.

Our goal is to promote positive mental health awareness, positive choices, and positive outcomes. The Matt Ulrich Foundation is partnering with local organizations to develop mental health awareness, particularly among teens, to develop a pay-it-forward, community first mindset where community is strengthened through service and awareness of positive choices. The Matt Ulrich Foundation is working with both Delphos St. John’s and Delphos Jefferson High Schools to sponsor mentorship programs that provide students opportunities to develop skills and experiences through service projects that are central to The Matt Ulrich Foundation’s mission.
